Fume hood valve / Panel Mounted Valves 
To contro the flow of laboratory gases, water, steam and pure water in fume hoods. Valves are installed on the exterior body of the fumehood. 

Comes with a minimum gurantee of 5,00,000 rotational cycles. Made in pure brass which is rust free and makes the product maintainace free and a certain lifetime long lasting.

·    Taps are made from high quality brass forging grade as per IS 8737 2007 & Machining grade as per IS: 319 (I) material to avoid porosity & leakage.

·    Taps are powder coated with full glossy epoxy fusion bond & are available in grey colour.

·    Taps are tested in Pneumatic test at 250 PSI, in Hydraulic test at 30 PSI & bursting test at 500 PSI to avoid leakage.

·    Goose neck spout: 360 swing with brass headwork: full turn; life cycle test: Upto 5, 00,000 cycles.

·    Water Static Pressure Max : 14 Bar

 

Product Details:

This wall mounted rack has 20-30 drying pegs
and a detachable trough. Pegs can be easily
snapped in and out and removed in case of
drying larger labware. Trough has a drain hole
for drainage of water and can be taken out for
cleaning.
